Purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable license to view course materials. You may not redistribute content. Live events may be recorded; by attending you consent to recording for educational purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt our Services.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Respect safety guidance when handling lye and equipment.

5. Payments and Refunds

Prices are shown in USD unless noted. We may apply taxes where required. Refunds: digital courses refundable within 7 days if under 20% completed; live events refundable up to 72 hours before the start unless otherwise specified.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, trademarks, and brand elements (including “SteadyFlow Soap Guild”) are owned by us or licensors. You may not use them without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

Courses are for educational purposes. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes or revenue. Practice safe handling and follow local regulations when making and selling soap.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
